Every month a group of bloggers are challenged by C'mon Get Crafty to create a new craft or project from their own stash of goodies! Check out some awesome creations you might be able to make from your own stash! This month I decided to use up some Cricut vinyl and iron-on I had purchased when it was on sale for these Last Minute Christmas Gifts.

Last Minute Christmas Gifts
First I made some ornaments. I had purchased these iridescent glass ornaments last year after Christmas when they were on clearance for 75% off. The only thing I had to buy for this project was the gold ribbon to go with the "Joy" ornament.
Then I created the "Joy" and "Believe" jpg files which I've shared with you below. Just click on the pictures and it will take you to the downloadable file.
The next project I created was this shirt for a friend of mine. She really doesn't like winter! Mind you we live in southeast Texas so winter means temperatures in the 40's and 50's! I've had the sweatshirt that I purchased on clearance stored in my closet. So I downloaded the free svg file from Love SVG and cut the file with my Cricut. I changed a few of the colors to match the colors of iron-on that I already have.
So, I got a few presents made and it didn't cost me hardly anything!
I hope you have a wonderful Christmas and are able to enjoy time with the ones you love!
How cute! Thanks for sharing
ReplyDeleteThank you Beth!
ReplyDeleteYour friend is going to love that sweatshirt. I love the glitter vinyl and font you used on the ornament too.
ReplyDeleteI love the sweatshirt. I don't mind a little cold weather but when I lived in NY the winters were brutal The ornaments are so sweet and just right when you need a little gift in a hurry.
ReplyDeleteThose Christmas ornaments are so pretty! I love using my DIY cutting machine, but never thought about adding to ornaments. Thank you for the cut file AND for a new idea! Your friend will love the shirt! I enjoy Winter for a little while, but not for very long. -Marci @ Stone Cottage Adventures
